Salty Stitcher Designs

Designer Kristi Bernstein finds inspiration for Salty Stitcher Designs from her 26 years in the United States Coast Guard and bucket list travel excursions. With a love and respect for the ocean and the cultures that spend their time in, on, and around it, she brings together nautical motifs (Hawaiian Petroglyphs and Under the Sea) and cultural traditions (Persian Marriage Rug Sampler and Hawaiian Bookmark) in fun cross stitch patterns that appeal to traditional stitchers and new stitchers alike. A member of a military family where patriotism and leadership reign supreme, these principles show up in her several of her patterns (Dr. Maya Angelou and We the People).
